Why avoid junk or process foods?

Most of the food we eat is processed in some way. Apple is cut from trees, ground beef in a machine, and cream butter separated from the milk and beat.


What is the difference between mechanical and chemical processed Food?

But there is a difference between mechanical treatment and chemical treatment.
